This Priority Support Plan is ideal for priority requests for completion within shorter time-scales. It provides for an allocated amount of work per month if required*.
Use the time for anything you need on your store, like banner design or updates, page content updates, product page templates, landing pages, design changes etc.
If you pre-plan changes to your website well in advance, a Standard Support Plan may be suitable.
Priority Support Plan Terms:

Fees are per calendar month, payable in advance by Direct Debit, and are non-refundable.

Time is available for use within the month paid for. At our discretion, on Priority Plans only, up to one month of unused time may be carried over to the next month, provided you remain on a Priority Plan.

Up to 25% discount available off Ad-hoc rates.

Time can be used for support/configuration advice, template tweaks, feature updates etc.
- Priority Support Plan requests are scheduled within 2-3 working days. For specific urgent work, please advise any important dates when submitting the job and we will try to accommodate your request.
